Its infused over a few months with botanicals grown and harvested on the familys estaterosemary, myrtle, lentisk, and artemisiagiving it a real sense of place and a distinctly Mediterranean profile. The aromatics lean floral and lifted, with notes of white flowers, ripe orchard fruit, and a subtle touch of vanilla.
