Wegovy (Semaglutide Injection) Wegovy, an injected form of semaglutide intended specifically for weight loss, shares its active ingredient with Ozempic, but it's approved for those with a BMI of 30 or aboveor 27 with a weight-related condition
The provider will also detail a diet and exercise plan to help the patient get the best possible results from their weight loss program

It is recommended to use Semaglutide (Wegovy) Injection once a week and if possible, on the same day each week
Recommend the following RYBELSUS (formulation R1) dosage to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions [see Warnings and Precautions (5.6), Adverse Reactions (6.1)]: Starting Dosage (Initiation Phase) (Days 1 to 30): The recommended starting dosage is 3 mg orally once daily (this dosage is not effective for glycemic control)
